Muddy Garage in South Philadelphia

The Philadelphia Water Department was doing work on one of the streets in South Philadelphia and a pipe had accidentally burst.  It had affected this residence's unfinished garage filling it with muddy water.  Our crew extracted the concrete floor and brushed away the mud and water while spraying it down the drain.  There was a drain within the garage and outside by the street.  After the garage was cleaned of all mud and water, we did not place any drying equipment.  We were not able to do so because this garage is considered an unconditioned space.  This means that there is no heating or cooling going in or out of this space.  Our customer was pleased with the service provided and how quickly we were able to get it finished.
