Sump Pump Pipe Busted in Basement

In a residential home, a pipe from a sump pump had busted and flooded an unfinished basement.  The standing water reached to a height of 18".  When our crew came in with our sump pump, within 20 mins, the water was already gone.   Some insulation was taken out along with some debris on the floor.  For the drying process, one dehumidifier and four air movers were placed in the basement.  It took about 4 days for the basement to completely dry.  After this was done, we swept up any left over debris and dirt from the loss.  The customer had a new sump pump and water heater installed.  She was happy with our services and now has her basement back to normal with new equipment.
